G'day all, what a fantastic effort by our boys.
The ASSRL will have a full match report today some time. We could use the French one again but after translation into Australian it didn't make much sence, did it ?. So far the ASSRL have been pretty spot on and right up to date with a match report and scoring details the next day at the Official Australian Schoolboys website. So if you want to come back later, either the ASSRL or OFT will have a complete story about how the final game of the 2006 tour went. Have fun ;-) CLICK HERE TO VISIT ASSRL | HOME | 2006 TOUR LOCKER ROOM | Oh,yeah, once again ourfooty mate Pierre, has come through with some great photo's, which you can check out later today. Thank you to all you French people who have been visiting for the past week, GOOD ON YA'S !! We hope be interviewing French Junior Champion Joris CASAL in the next couple of days and also to see what the Aussies themselves reckon. Don't forget, the Touring Aussies arrive home at 6am on the 24th. at Sydney Airport. See ya's all there, you French blokes don't have to show up, that's cool. |

Comment of French staff (Patrick Pédrazzani) |
« L'équipe est un peu hétérogène, avec des garçons de différents niveaux et de différents horizons. On aura des incertitudes jusqu'au bout, car presque tous jouent dimanche. Donc ce n'est pas la préparation idéale. Ainsi l'ordre du jour sera la récupération et la cohésion de l'équipe.
Toutefois le staff expérimenté et complémentaire pense que , malgré l'insuffisance de la préparation, tout le monde donnera le maximum pour offrir aux Australian Schoolboys la meilleure opposition possible ».
The team is a little heterogeneous, with boys of various levels and various horizons. There will be uncertainties until the end, because almost all play Sunday. Thus it is not the ideal preparation. Thus the agenda will be the recovery and the cohesion of the team. However tested and complementary staff thinks that, in spite of the insufficiency of the preparation, everyone will give the maximum to offer to Australian Schoolboys the best possible opposition. (ourfooty mate in France Georges reckons this is what that says) i hope there is no swearing, or worse, any cheering for queensland in all that) |
