ARL Development launch ‘Tri-Nations Try-League’ campaign as a joint initiative with ARL and NRL.

The ‘Tri-Nations Try-League’ campaign will involve special events involving schools and clubs throughout Australia, including demonstrations at each Tri-Nations match.

Schools and clubs will be encouraged to nominate their school/club to host a ‘Tri-Nations Try-League’ special event and win a host of Tri-Nations prizes by simply getting involved.

ARL Development, in conjunction with the ARL and the NRL, will this week launch its new ‘Tri-Nations Try-League’ campaign by way of its brand new website:

www.trinations.com.au

The joint initiative will be promoted by the ARL / NRL and ARL Development from early October to the final game of the series on Saturday 25th November, with plans to extend the campaign towards the Rugby League World Cup in 2008.

Tri Nations Try League will become part of the Tri Nations advertising campaign and will aim to use the tournament to engender interest in school programs and to encourage support for the Gillette Tri Nations Series.

The campaign will involve special events throughout schools and clubs Australia wide, which will be coordinated by qualified ARL National Development Officers.

Special events will include :

Tri-Nations development days held in schools and clubs across Australia.

Visits by the PSP Kangaroos squad to a series of development events in the lead up to the Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane Tri-Nations games.

Showcase events held at every Tri-Nations match, including demonstration matches involving junior teams through to over 35 Masters teams.

Teachers and coaches are now encouraged to nominate their school/club to get involved with this new campaign.

They can register for an event to be held at their school/club by submitting their details on the Tri-Nations Try-League website:

www.trinations.com.au

Every school and club which hosts a Tri-Nations Try-League event will receive a number of Tri-Nations prizes and the hosts of the best events will be in the running to win a series of major prizes including brand new team jerseys and Tri-Nations supporter packs.
